Mayor Stephanie Miner has announced the city will hold a job fair Monday, Nov. 30, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bob Cecile Community Center, 174 W. Seneca Turnpike.

“This is a great opportunity to go right to the community, and meet job seekers,” Mayor Miner stated. “I look forward to welcoming qualified, and talented, men and women into the city workforce.”

Miner said the city is looking to fill positions in the information technology, legal, and engineering fields.

Information about Civil Service exams will also be available for potential fire and police recruits during the event.

Individuals may visit for a full list of jobs, or to download an application, city officials stated. All candidates are encouraged to dress professionally, and bring a copy of a current resume and application.

Miner has recently raised the minimum wage for city employees to $15 per hour.
