City to Host Canine Fashion Show in Newly-Designed, Downtown Urban Space

By Staff

perseveranceparkSyracuse will host the first “Dressed to the K-9’s” fashion show, Wednesday, Sept. 14., at 7 p.m., in downtown’s new urban space, the former Common Center Plaza and Perseverance Park.

According to the city, dogs from across Central New York will participate, and their handlers are encouraged to coordinate.

The event has been the result of an annual partnership between the city of Syracuse and Syracuse Fashion Week, which officials have organized to promote awareness of the fashion industry in Central New York, and to showcase local clomid 100mg clothing retailers.

This is the first fashion event to take place in the newly-redesigned space.

City officals hosted a “Date Night in the Park” with a swing dance class, a “Playdate in the Park,” and a concert with the Stan Colella All-Star Band in the space earlier this year, and, prior to that, an ice cream social.

The Syracuse Urban Renewal Agency (SURA) awarded an RFP to !melk urban design and Balmond Studio, for the design and construction of the new public space concept at the site in 2015.
