By Staff

vision local middleSyracuse Regional Airport Authority and Creative Food Group have announced locally-owned company Middle Ages Brewery will open their second location at the airport, Thursday, Sept. 17.

Middle Ages Beer Garden will be located in the north terminal, post security, according to officials.

The express portion of the location will open at 5 a.m. to serve quick, to-go, hot breakfast sandwiches and made-to-order hot breakfast platters, in addition to grab and go items. The Beer Garden and dining room will open at 9 a.m. for hot breakfast, and lunch will be available beginning at 10:30 a.m.

“We are so delighted that the first location was such a success that our hometown brewery is able to have a second location, and continue to be a part of the new developments, at Syracuse Airport,” Marc Rubenstein, owner of Middle Ages Brewery, stated.

Middle Ages Brewing Company is the only full production brewery in Syracuse, and has been owned and operated locally for 18 years. According to officials, their beer has been inspired by the British Brewing tradition, and all of their ales are handcrafted.

“The opening of the second Middle Ages location completes our renovation of the new concessions program,” said Christina Callahan, executive director of the airport. “We are very pleased with all of the locations Creative Food Group has brought to the airport, and we are excited to offer all of our passengers the opportunity to enjoy Middle Ages Brewery.”
