Syracuse City School District’s Bellevue Elementary reopened Sept. 9, following the postponement of students’ first day at the school due to a burst water pipe.
Bellevue had been closed for repairs as a result of water damage from the pipe, which caused the school to open two days later than the other schools in the district.
The school opened at 8:50 a.m., and resumed a normal schedule Friday.
