SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Mentoring Monday, a women-only networking event, is set to return Monday, April 28, offering Central New York professionals a chance to connect with local female business leaders and mentors across a variety of industries.
Held at Drumlins Country Club from 4 to 7 p.m., the event features speed-networking sessions, skill-building workshops and free professional headshots. Attendees will also enjoy light hors d’oeuvres and a drink ticket with admission.
More than 40 mentors from sectors such as healthcare, finance, higher education, nonprofits and entrepreneurship will be on hand. Mentees will rotate through a series of seven-minute, one-on-one conversations, giving participants the chance to make meaningful connections with multiple mentors.
The evening begins with open networking, followed by a keynote address from a prominent female business leader. Throughout the event, themed tables will encourage guided discussion on topics like vision board creation, careers in healthcare and launching startups or side hustles. Each table will be led by an experienced mentor from the local community.
Workshops will cover essential professional skills, including interview techniques and resume writing, making the event ideal for college students, recent graduates, career changers and women re-entering the workforce.
Tickets are $25 and include access to all event activities, including headshots and networking with successful women across the region. Parking is available at the banquet entrance of Drumlins Country Club, located at 800 Nottingham Road.
